Hello,
thanks for answering.I inspected it closely,it seems that someone scratched"145" on the back,have already asked everywhere and nobody seems to identify it accurately.They only described it as "late Victorian"
I have no idea whatsoever,but probably a "De Luxe" Model of suspenders?. ???
I mean civil use,because as far as I know the military wore a more simple form or model.

Hi Edward,
for a belt tip is it too thin .The upper part seems to have been movable.
