Please Help Me Identify This Helmet

I'm new to the forum and am wondering if anyone can help me to identify this helmet. it seems that the inside had a red and blue sticker at one time. There is also a number "3" inside that is barely visible..

It reminds me of a safety helmet used by oil workers in the 1950's

Commercial made mine or construction safety helmet, MSA was one of the manufactures, yours has a liner similar to the early aluminum ones that came out after this style helmet.
