Please help identify this item

I am new here. I have had this little box that looks to be made from stacked coins. Writing appears to be Arabic. It measures approximately 3/4 of an inch tall and 1 inch across. It has a screw lid on top. I got this is a box lot of jewelry. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thats a Hyderabad silver Rupee (India) . The building is the Charminar built in 1591. That's very interesting how they made them into a little box !
