PlEASE HELP IDENTIFY Initials or any info about this cup

Please any info on this (cup?) would be greatly appreciated..
Top ring is (3 inches and 1/4), bottom ring is (3 inches and 1/2) diameter and it is (2 and 7/8) inches high. It also I believe it says "J M" or " D M"..."I'm not sure.
