Please help id this!

I found this object by a old suff box (date mid 1800's) and not sure if its related. I did some research awhile back and turned up empty and pretty sure its not a part to a boison whisle. Please I would love some help with this. Thanks in ]693149[/ATTACH]advance.

Old stem from a tobacco pipe?

Does it look like Copper ? If so it could be part of on old compressor evaperator coil,

Stem to a bosun's whistle ?

The object is made of bass and look at the end te clostly it is uniform some people think it was broken like that it is not its made like that. Why the two barrows joining as one never seen a bosun's whisle like that. It is very posible t.hat this object will remain mystery

You said that it was found next to an old snuff box, What type of site are you hunting? a home site, A field, a vacant city lot ? the more information you give the better odds you'll have of someone helping you. jmho.......................HH
