Please help ID this maker's mark on Solingen Germany Cake Tongs

I found these cake tongs in a box that was stored for at least 10 years. I think it may be silver. The maker's mark looks like a king or crowned person and on the right side it looks like a "L." This mark is very unusual, and I was wondering if anyone has seen it before. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Mike

Interesting. I do know that Solingen is actually a town in Germany and that there are a # of well known knife makers located there. Most that I've seen has the makers name listed with their mark. I may be wrong, but it could very well be a custom job for someone long ago.
