Please help ID Beach Finds

Just returned from a Florida beach trip. Found lots of shark's teeth and also found these 2 items. No clue even why I picked them up. Can anyone ID? The black triangular shaped one looks porous, maybe more on the back side. The other odd shaped one has specks of bone or shell made into it.

The first pic might be turtle shell, and the second is definitely rock. Better pics on the first would help.

There is definitely a penny in both pictures. But really, for something like this, gonna need some HD photo's.
