It was an amazing thrill..Seal Beach (California) in the dry sand my Deus picked up a Platinum wedding band. Not very deep ... hit hard a VDI of 70.
......But ...it was a request from the owner to find it for him. It took all of two sweeps and the first scoop. Well I learned that the Deus can find Platinum and the surprised look on the owner's face was great!
Then as I was ready to end the day ..picked up a working Samsung cellphone. They called me on the phone and I made arrangements for them to meet me at my home. The phone is back to the owner.
The Deus is working very well for me and my confidence is growing. Strangely, working the dry sand of Seal Beach, no keeper rings ..only junk rings so far along with some nondescript jewelery. Plenty of clad though...3 day totals: 48 quarters, 24 dimes, 21 nickels and about 26 pennies.
