Here's a better pic. You can see the grooves and actually how small they are. From toy guns? And oddly enough they were all found at different locations on the same property.

look like distributor advance weights, for automotive. Edited to add: Strikes the automotive part.
after looking closer the out side groove appears to be a pulley, Might have been broke and scattered.

Great ID, I was headed down a dead-end with planters or harvesters.

Triggers and hammers would not be grooved and they'd all have pivot holes.
