Bahamian coin fragment found on the last day of my trip....at the last minute!! No one with me really thought it was actually a coin, but I could see the waves ,and a partial M on the edge. I could not quite figure out where I had seen it before until I looked at my own coin I ware every day....text book perfect match !!
We didn't even notice until a little cleaning, and a comparison to my necklace later that night before dinner. I was dancing around @BayStreetBoyz house clutching this chip of a coin in a victory dance !! So cool 😎 to actually get on the ground with a huge schedule, and still come away with a piece of genuine Spanish treasure with only 3 days on the ground!! I had some pressure to produce and was able to succeed on the beach and in the bush with some fantastic finds !! Keep an eye out...there could be a media project following my treasure hunts in the islands
This is just some of the beach finds....both beachcombing, and detecting !! The coolest 😎 find for me was the space-x debris and all the stuff I learned about it. I even met a space-x treasurehunter....he was on a 12 day beachcombing mission to collect as .much starship 34 debris he could...I was lucky, and was able to find a complete starship heat tile....a rare treasure according to space-x Ron the treasure hunter !! There was sea glass, ships spikes, and really, actually a whole shipwreck from the 1880s-1915....I think ?? Coyote Peterson from "Brave Wilderness" was there with me and @SADS 669 and they both managed to find the space-x debris also !!what a great trip !! Something that most would see as a piece of junk can give so much excitement.
