I went to A yard sale . I asked If he had any coleman lanterns . He said maybe in the barn - I spotted this on a shelf . I asked if it was for sale . He was hesitant at first , He said $5.00 - I pointed out the damage to the skin . offered him $3.00 , he said no . As I was leaving , he said , How about $2.00 , I said yes .
I was worried my GF would not like it when i brought it home , She said OMG my Father had one just like it Cept it had pontoons . He was a fisherman & he used it direct boats to where the tuna , schools of bait fish , pogies . etc . back in the 60's & 70's .
She had me put it on our ''Memory '' Chandelier , above the dinning room table .
