I love my Garret Pro Pointer

at the beach this week.....I detected, bent over and waved my pinpointer and boom would hit the signal. I only had to dig about 2-3 times.....rest was wave the pinpointer and BEEP and zone right in on target.

MAN OH MAN I love those things. I would never detect without a pinpointer! :)

just saying I love you Pinpointer :laughing9: :laughing9:

what a time saver and back saver! :icon_sunny:

The Garrett pro pointer is awesome.... no denying it!

I'd love to have a pin pointer!!!

By chance, is there anyone out there that has an extra pin pointer, and was thinking "I wish I knew of guy in Indiana that I could give this to...I'd ship it to him first thing tomorrow".

If you were, let me know!!!!

Hey Farmerchick, get a long handled scoop. You can get rid of the pinpointer - and bending over! Terry

You so silly!

Never owned one till I got my Minelab E-Trac, and didn't buy one at first. Big mistake, man will these things find small objects. Wouldn't be with out one again. Rick :coffee2:

My pinpointer that I used went out and I was lost. I didn't even want to go out metal detecting if I didn't have my pinpointer. I know that sounds crazy, but once you have one you can't do without it again. My brother doesn't use one and he thought I was crazy. But those of you who depend on your pinpointer know what I mean. John

I can only say this. After scratching one too many coins I got a pinpointer. I have only scratched two since then (knock on wood).....

I need one bad :(

Its a toss up between buying that,or the new 15 inch dd coil for my T2 :icon_scratch:

I love My Pinpointer, Red refuses to allow Me to Bring It to Bed :laughing9: :laughing9: :laughing9: :laughing9: with Me for Safe Keeping!!!! :dontknow: :dontknow: :dontknow: I guess one dirty thing in bed Is Enough!!!! :sign10: ( My mind ) HH Chug

Oh yea I also will not leave home with out my pin pointer. But when I am hunting the beach I use my sand scoop it is so much easyer then benting down all the time.....Matt

forgot i left my propointer on the roof of my jeep after my hunt...then it dawned on me...oh s#@t..i stoped the car to check the roof and it was not there. ???in a panic i drove back to the park and i found it on the side of the road. yes it was scratched up some ..but worked better than ever

My Garrett Pinpointer made my metal detecting experience sooooo much more enjoyable. :icon_thumleft:It saves so much time and energy. If you don't have one, I highly recommend it. You will not be sorry. But the White's Bullseye sucks. No wonder they give them to you when you buy a detector. Just my opinion.

A good pinpointer is as important as your detector when it comes to enjoying this hobby.

It is the one "must have" accessory out there.

fun to read this thread :laughing9:

I never knew of a Pinpointer until ALL YOU GUYS told me about them on this site.
and wow it was the best advice in the world to buy one.

it truly does make this hobby more enjoyable! :)

take it to bed---hmmmm :laughing7: :laughing7: :laughing9:

you had me cracking up on that one! :)

Spent the first 30+ years detecting without one...Had I had one in the old days, I probably coulda retired a coupla years earlier. I even bought a second one for backup & fabricated a neat little pouch to hold a spare 9V on the back of the sheath. Overkill?

Like my American Express card...
