Pinpointer soil test with gold chain and links.

Welcome to Tnet! Frankly, I wasn't all that impressed with it and that chirp would drive me crazy.

Hi Cudamark , thanks for your comment.
Do you know a pinpointer that the same or better performance carried in the same condition as seen in the video?

I like the chirp.

My Uniprobe and Tinytec will both pick up smaller links than the ones in your test. I haven't set up a test exactly like yours but I've used mine in real life conditions with success. Most of the main detectors I now use, won't even pick up a small gold link anyway so the argument with me is moot. I'm not going to search acres of land with a pin pointer hoping to find a small gold linked chain. If I use my gold machine and get a hit, my pin pointers will pick up very tiny pieces of gold or any other metal for that matter if I can't find it with the main detector. Usually I just grab a handful of dirt or sand and wave it over the loop of the main machine until I get the handful with the target. Usually, you can then just spot the target without a pin pointer but if not, the pin pointers I use will locate it.

Your whole story is clear.

The Uniprobe I only know of videos, and it seems to be a good pinpointer.
The Tinytec I do not know. When I compare my handheld prototype with others handheld
(Garrett, Minelab, nokta etc) the prototype does good and even better.
In the video you can not see it but in my other video vs. Garrett pro pointer is clear.
At the end of that video you can see the deep detection of 2 coins.
In the video I made a mistake with 1-1/2 inches to need 1/2 and 2-1/2 to needs 1-1/2. Sory for this mistake.
