I have had my 900 for a few months. In that time I have kissed more items while digging than in the previous ~18 months with my 600. Not sure if it’s a learning curve issue or not, but using pinpoint or turning 90 degrees and swinging I cannot seem to center many targets. I called Minelab and they said they were unaware of the issue. Did a few tests and could be up to 4” off between 900 and 600 with the 900 giving me 2 targets. Note that this is on reasonable targets, not nails or aluminum foil. Same issue has happen with factory coil and 15” coil. Anybody else having this issue and anything can be done to fix it? Thanks

Correction “kissed”, not “missed”. Autocorrect caught me

I have not had that problem with my Nox900. My 900 seems to pin point well.

Maybe it’s operator error then…..happens a lot with me
I should of mentioned also, I use the Coiltek 10"x5" coil exclusively on my Nox 900.

Also I have not done the newest software update as of yet either.

Are you strictly using the 11" coil when this happens? Do you got the 6" coil?
