Pike?

Found this knife but don't know what kind.
It does have a banner across the blade with numbers/letters. It's about a 6" blade 10" lg
Found in a revolutionary/ colonial era area.
The bolt was near and seems to fit.

I can't help much other then to say I've found one just like it or at least very close.Mine is the same 6" blade 10" overall length.Also came from a early site that had colonial finds I dug with it.

Yours looks like a tent peg / stake to me timekiller. Can see the end bent over where they hit it with the hammer/mallet then looped the tiedown over it. My opinion anyhow.

If I had to take a guess I'd say some kind of old shears.Like these..........................

Definitely not a pike as you can see what it would have looked like in the site below.........................

I'd bet money on both of them being half a shear.They did date back to those times.
