It definately Looks like it.

but I'm not sure if Boats use the same Thing

Let me see a shot of the other side of it that is the bucked tail side of the rivets need to see a close up of the rivet head side then I think I can tell you. I rebuild planes day in a day out thanks.

HI Privet, so you are one of the gentlemen that I owe still being here to, thanks to all of you and your excellent work.

Unless it is the interior side of an aircraft structural member, I would suggest a boat.Because of the type of rivets and their shape. The other side should have a flattened or flat appearance for the head of an aircraft rivet. Marine rivets tend to be buliker to counter possible hidden corrosion.

Your further comments on marine rivets Privet?
