We found this today in an area where we are finding 1700s american coins .Does this look Spanish , cut Cobb ? Thanks for your help . Mark
I would say too but Im afraid to upset anyone else after my experience with an angry TN member. Online chat can be easily misunderstood. With what we can see, I dont think any further ID can be made. Don't know for sure but a cut non silver coin would probably look different at the sharp edge.
