I had the same problem . What I did was go into Microsoft Picture it and transfer the pic file to the file (E-mail and Web) file .When you get to that reduce the file size to below 90KB most pis are well above that and in order to load a pic on this site they have to be below 125 KB . when you have the Pic file reduced and transfered to the (e-mail web ) file you should have no problem loading the pic from the Browse setting...It took me a while to get the hang of it!!!!!!!!Seeker
