Hey not to long ago someone posted a picture or video of either Garrett of Fisher's assembly plant. Can someone remember where it was and help me find where it is located?

It was Garrett on the Travel Chanel. No specified date at that time. But it will be shown more than once.

Hello, again, I was wrong on that channel. The Discovery channel has a regular series titled "How it's Made". They taped the process of metal detectors being assembled. Don't know when it will be shown on TV. Their plantis in Garland, Texas. If you want more info you can email them at www.garrett.com

I received a reply from the Garrett factory customer service this morning. An answer to the question I sent to them last night.

The "How it's Made" show came to the Garrett factory. They did some filming on how the "Superwand" which
is the handheld detectors that are used in all airports, also the making of the "Ace 250". The show used to
come on the Discovery Channel, now he thinks it comes on the Science Channel. He didn't have the exact date
when the show will be aired. He said that according to their marketing executive it will be aired sometime
in December or January.
