I have owned this machine for more than 10 years now and had to take the "box" apart to clean and repair a loose connection that gave me fits when trying to ground balance at times. This machine has been put through heck as you can see by the wear and tear, dings and pings. Notice how big the hole has got on the rod that the arm cuff screws through. I think Im on my third arm cuff. There is a close up picture of the connector that the coil cable screws into. There is a ground wire that attaches there that I have put an over sized screw in to make sure I do not have a ground fault in the future. I made that repair a few years ago. Anyway I thought I would take some pictures for those who own a XLT and wondered what hey look like inside.

BTW it all worked when I got it back together
