Nice finds!!? Not sure about #6 but im pretty sure its not a firework part, looks metal?

Yes, it is aluminium. And imagine this : never found this, but found now 2 : today and yesterday, and about 15 km difference between the first and the second one. For some reason I believe it has something to do with New Year. So I thought = firework...

Hey Bob V.,nice find's.Sorry can't help you w/#6 either, the thread's are a little longer on one..different co. maybe?Little brown guy in the bottom right look's like he's holding an M-16!!Congrat's and HH!!

The ridge along the length is for hand tightening - maybe an adapter for an air pump to blow up a rubber boat?? Seems plastic would work for that so dont know why aluminum.

Is the female part threaded or smooth?

Try searching for "KOMEI GERMANY aluminum" or something like that, I got a few results that mentioned metal fabrication services and such :)

That is what I would call a UFO, unidentified foreign object. Tsgman

AND HERE IS ANOTHER PICTURE...

The orange one is "open", the red one is "closed" and on top of it is PH or HP (Hewlett Packard ???). See picture. Could it have been a "bullet" that has been fired ? A "boat flash" (how do you call it in English). The red one is newer and is black inside like it has been fired. It smell like a fired bullet, too. As far as I know ANYTHING about bullets and so...

hp=high pressure, maybe for blowing up ballons(CO2) or your head on nitris oxide "whip-its" ?just a guess not sure

I guess I could see some sort of flare gun or something as opposed to fireworks

been looking around a bit - looks like this combustion chamber - which could also be for fireworks

Wonder if the primer was suppose to blow out - maybe it was a dud?? Needs more research

On an other forum, someone told me it was a PEN FLARE but I am not too sure I do understand what th?t is. Must have something to do with "your protection"...

#6 very well could be a signal flare of some type, if you notice the fireing pin indentation on what appears to be a primer of some sort. Just a guess!
