Picnic area whats-its

Found these at an old church picnic area. Put the rosie in just for size reference. They are lead with wires protruding. I think they are lead seals, but what do they come off of.

Did the picnic area have lights/electricity? Could be seals from the power meter...

Forgot to mention the picnic area is old, used in early 1900's. Just a farm field now.

If really old they were prolly used as bag seals for grain, or whatever... might have dropped them or cut them all in one spot in the farmers field.

Lead seals... no markings. They look exactly like the one on my home FPL electric meter. My house was built in the 60's.
