I found myself over an hour from home today in the middle of the day for a doctor's appt. Nearby was my source for the past 4 years of countless jewelry and coin scores. Decided to stop by on my way back home to see if he had anything good for me.

Ended up grabbing the following:

-1948 Hamilton "Perry" men's wristwatch, 14k gold filled case, 19J 982 movement runs strong, 18K numerals/hands on face - gonna replace the band and crystal, possible resale or I might just keep it
-southwestern style ladies sterling bracelet
-Tiffany 925 long flat oval style bracelet - already snatched up by my wife
-homemade Mercury dime soldered silver bracelet, looks too big to be for a ladies wrist, possibly worn by a man?

Total = $90

Don't know too much about watches. Unless they are a dollar or two I stay away from them. I do like that coin bracelet. How could I not? It's made from two of my favorite things... silver and silver coins. Too bad the wife confiscated the Tiffany. it would have paid for the whole lot and then some. PS- I did read up a little on the watch and knowing you, you've already read this :icon_biggrin: but I'll put it up for others to see. I guess it's a pretty good one. Says the face is sterling silver too. It cost $71.50 in 1948, not cheap. :thumbsup: Vintage Hamilton Watch Restoration: 1948 Perry
