Picked up 2 sealed boxes of Halves... someones dumps!

My 2 boxes of Halves from the bank are one person's dumps. One end is folded over and there is a red line in marker on each roll. WTF?

Sorry to hear it. I got 4 boxes of sealed dime dumps a few days ago. I could tell where someone picked out silver because they stuffed the roll with pennies :|
