Only reason I'm thinking russel wright is I live in ohio and very close to where he was from but does look like that guys work to

I looked at a lot of Russel Wright pottery online but didn't see anything like your piece. But, I am no expert so it could be a Russel.

I'm not sure either it looks alot like that David wrights work though. To be a russel would be 1 in a million chance lol
