the clips on both sides have broke,I tried tie wraps an glue but not holding,I sent whites a e-mail 2 days ago with a pic and got no response.hoping to be able to buy 2 new clips if available.....anybody else had this problem

whites just sent me a e-mail, they are sending me 2 new clips and a new gasket, all they wanted was my address, never even asked for a dime,I told them the unit was over 5 years old,I have always heard of there good service
