Very cool. It’s a poster for a German exhibition of work by the English artist Peter Blake… best know for (co-)creating the cover of the Beatles “Sgt Pepper” album. If its an original, it’s said to be rare:

https://rarevintageposters.com/products/artist-peter-blake-german-exhibition-poster-hamburg-1974

It reads (literally): “Simultaneously in the information space: the German eagle. Functions of a political symbol. Art club in Ferdinandstor, Hamburg. Daily 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesdays 10am-8pm.”

PS: the picture on the poster is Blake's 'pop-art' rendition of the actress Jean Harlow.

Thank you! Is the original supposed to be a paper poster or cardboard? This one here is printed on a hard cardboard inside of a frame.

That's a shame. I think the original poster would have been offset lithograph printed on paper. I don't know when collectible reproductions on other media were produced, or what value they might have.
