So I found where this one is. 80 acres on the plat map. (3 property owners now a days. All farm fields) That is a lot to detect assuming I could get permission. I need a team of interested detectors.

I think this one checks out with the details of the article. There is also a large Hutson estate on the map for an E. P. Hutson. I'm guessing that is Pet Hutson.
