Pestle found 05/30/2001

I found this 7 3/8 inch pestle about 4 miles from my home May 30 2001. I can remember finding it well.
Made of gneiss, its been beat up pretty well by the plows. A dimple can be seen in the center of the pestle.
Holding the pestle the dimple is very distinct. This image does not show it very well. There are many peck marks still visible over all the pestle.
