✅ SOLVED Person with a spear?

I have been hunting this Civil War site that is being bull dozed for a neighborhood for months now. Not a lot has been coming out lately. Yesterday was a perfect 75 degrees, I got off work and had about an hour and a half until it got dark so I figured why not give a shot. A found a few things to include the reason I am posting here.

It is a heavy metal, I thought it was lead when I first dug it. I am thinking it is maybe pewter. But it has a person with a spear on it, broken up and nothing on the back. Does anyone recognize what it may have been?

These are the items I found with it. They were are within a few feet of each other. The Marine button is a large one, was happy to pull that one out. Thanks.

I bet it's going to be a state seal. What is Virginia's state seal look like?. Could it have been part of a belt plate?...d2
