Hey guys, my woman found this over the weekend and we are having trouble finding info on it. There are several online that are identical but we still can't pin down who even made the thing. Here is a link to where one was sold and seems to have the most information so far but it's still not what we're trying to determine:

Yes it kinda does look farmers almanacy. I wonder if it actually works?

I saw one in French or German I couldn't tell, when I was googling so they were popular, not the same though, but same concept.

I found one in German maybe you can make out the company name.
