found this in elmira ny. seems to be brass, it has a glass vile inside. no marks and is not magnetic. let me know if you have any clues, thanks

yes the cap is threaded and the case is bent and cracked and the glass vile inside is melted, so i dont want to pull out. its very fragile. sorry
