I was at one of my favourite bird watching places along the shores of Hamilton Bay Ontario. I’m sitting in a lawn chair with my canon 5dmkiii and canon 300 2.8 lens on my lap. Looking out over the bay I see an osprey coming in my direction so I raise my camera and start firing when suddenly he dips into the water and comes out with this beauty. Man, good shot!

Magnificent Shot! Definitely Nat Geo worthy!
“When the hunter becomes the hunted” and the watcher captures a moment that is about as unique as a fingerprint.

Excellent capture,I've tried to get a shot like that for years.

GOD Bless

Chris

Great timing!

Awesome! Those shots don't come around too often. Congrats!

Thats one to boast about. What a great capture and really awesome how you caught the moment to see the kind of lift an Osprey can generate with its powerful wings.

I can't add anything to what the others have already said except to say I envy you. I doubt I will ever get a shot like that!

Congrats, Man! That is a perfect shot! :notworthy:

Outstanding photo! :occasion14:
