Pepsi-Cola Tag or Plate?

Measuring about two inches across, and too heavy (like a chunk of lead) to be dog tag, key chain or badge. The back says "For identification communicate with Pepsi-co Inc New Bern NC. The last line says Givin* ***ber. Can't make out the missing letters. Maybe Giving member?

Wondering what this piece Pepsi memorabilia was used for.

Look at taropatch's badge it appears to have 919 for the number.

The one I posted is 6,705. That's a lot of turn over at Pepsi. Or, his is very old.
