Stopped by my first weekly stop today. Picked up 1 - $200 bag of nickels and 1 - $50 bag of pennies

Both were approximately average quantity, but the quality was pretty good.

13 wheat pennies (1911-D, 1919-S, 1938, 1940, 1944, 1945, 1945-D(2), 1946(2), 1955, 1956, 1958-D)

Red indicates my first one found in 2008.

Both the 1929-D Buffalo and the 1911-D wheat penny were the first I had ever found of those two varieties in my life. The undated Buffalo (S mint) is also a likely first timer, but until I get some nic-a-date I will never know.

Not a bad haul - great job on the War Nickel. I bought one roll of nickels at the bank today and found a '41.

I had been on a war nickel "cold streak". Had been over $700 since the last one appeared.
