Nice Masonic Knights Templar. In hoc signo vinces is a Latin rendering of the Greek phrase "ἐν τούτῳ νίκα", en touto nika, meaning "with this as your standard you shall have victory," or "by this sign thou shalt conquer," is a substantial, but not literal, translation of the original Greek.

H.T.W.S.S.T.K.S. is said to be the mark of the order's ancient Grand Master and to stand for, "Hiram The Widow's Son Sent To King Solomon."

Might be worth having appraised. Looks like at least silver, perhaps a silver-gold alloy. Probably made before law requiring KT fineness, so before 1925 or so.

Might even be platinum, which back then was only worth about $20/ounce or so.
