Pendant Help Please

I found a small religous pendant and was curious if I have the date right.It is oval shaped with Mary in the middle standing on a rock with the date 1880 on it.Around the edge it reads"O MARY CONCEIVED WITHOUT SIN PRAY FOR US WHO HAVE RECOURSE TO THEE". On the back is a cross on top of the letter M with stars around it and 2 small objects underneath the M that look like they are on fire and one has a sword through it.Underneath those is the word ITALY. It is a lightweight metal that looks silver.Any ideas thanks, bigrig

Date Has nothing to do when it was made. Somewhere on This Forum about a month ago the reason for the date was given. I'll do a search & get back. ACTUALLY it's a Typical Religeous Medal
