Pendant / Gem, old, junk, very old?

Picked this up yesterday off an old forgotten beach I've pulled a lot of items from the early to mid-1800's. No marks on it but the metal is tarnished and the same color as the other silver I get out of this spot. The big/blue stone is very similar to Lapis Lazuli but I am no expert, I also have no idea on the smaller stone. Any help is appreciated. So what do you think

Looks like 'surfs up' dude! I think it's a surfer's necklace/pendant like those found in the novelty beach shops. I guess there's no way of knowing the true stone without taking it to a certified jeweler, but judging by the metal that surrounds it, I'd say it maybe a faux stone. I like finding jewelry with the real deal or not. Breezie

Looks to me like the real deal - a bit sand scuffed - but Afghani Lapis set in sterling silver , with a small citrine , not bad !
