Looks like a watch fob. The sparkly stone is probably goldstone (left), an artificial stone composed of glass infused with flakes of copper; the maroon one, maybe jasper (right).

Can you take a close up? The pic is way too small to blow up enough to see decently.

it looks like a victorian flip pendant.
goldstone is a glass that is flaked with copper, which
crystalizes when the copper is added to the molten glass.
goldstone was incredibly popular in the victorian era.
The maroon stone is probably carnelian.
I would also like to see a close look at this.
I love victorian flip pendants!!!
it looks very pretty.
