I found this at a park it is about the size of a nickel it was two sided it has a maroon square stone on front and a little bit brighter one on the back with sparkles in it yhe maroon one is not scratched or pitted and it is nice and shinney
Looks like a watch fob. The sparkly stone is probably goldstone (left), an artificial stone composed of glass infused with flakes of copper; the maroon one, maybe jasper (right).

goldstone is a glass that is flaked with copper, which
crystalizes when the copper is added to the molten glass.
goldstone was incredibly popular in the victorian era.
The maroon stone is probably carnelian.
