Peace medallion

This is a peace medallion my grandfather found when he was young he was working for a construction company putting up guard rail & found it when they was digging holes for the guard rail post! It is a Thomas Jefferson peace medal I think it's made of brass very heavy! It is a really neat piece my mom has it now! I like the back of it the best though!
