Got the idea from utube

Did you break even, make money or loose money on this venture?

Its all in fun ,Just something to do on these Cold winter days. But who knows :)

I have never found a single spec of gold buying the sand they have at either Lowes or Home Depot, that's nuts! What store are you getting that from??

I've run both Menard's Mastercraft playground, and Lowe's Quik Crete. Mastercraft is mined around Eau Claire and will have a few specks of glacial gold. The Quik Crete was mined in Georgia and had a lot of both pyrite and mica with about the same amount of gold.

I've been looking for that brand at my local Lowes. ALL are out of stock. Hmmm.

Nice work goldfinger. You'll have to start laying pavers with the leftover sand.

Home Depot has it,but its in a different color bag.

I just looked at those. A different brand. Wonder if they are from gold country?

Dunno I'll take a look at the bag and see if there is any info.

Man, I need to start selling my virgin pay dirt.
If you guys like to pan classified sand, you would really get a challenge with the angular gravel mixed with sand and clay. Nothing screams gold like a pan full of orange muddy water.

What’s a bag of that sand costing these days?
