What is this? It's very decorative. My father thinks furniture or lamp kind of thing and somebody else believes its part to a car.

I was going to say drawer pull but now I am thinking it is off an old light fixture.

Me also. An antique lamp finial victoria era I would think. Could be an old curtain rod finial, but lamp is what I'd go with. Looking up imagaes, heck, ought to be a few collectors of these things out there? So many different designs I found. Couldn't find this one though.

I would say it's a final from an old gas lamp. Most gas lamps were very decorative. Tony
