Part to a bike? Part to a boat?

To me it looks like a light to a boat. But it also reminds me of something off of a bike. Anybody know? If possible what age is it? There's a logo but it has corrosion on it.vthe logo has a H and some other letters in a sideways oval.

Looks fishing related, perhaps a spoon, or some type of lifter.

Looks like a VW bug (the old air cooled variety) front turn signal lens cover. They were made by Hella so that maybe the reason for the H you see.
