Ever have one of those moments where something you saw earlier suddenly becomes clear to you? This a.m. I walked from my office to the administrative office, across a parking lot. Something glimmered and caught my eye in the mud, yet I kept walking. This bothered me all day and finally somehow my mind said it was heart shaped, almost like a pendant. I couldn't help myself and had to run back outside to see if i was indeed correct. Well, I was, and its .925 silver, just a little larger than a quarter and surprisingly heavy :hello2: All the CZ's are there as well, just mud over top of a few. Looks like my daughter got some new bling today! Gotta love working at a school......i've been finding dropped coins all week, I figure gold is next :laughing7:

Nice find

Whenever I see one of those street sweepers cleaning a parking lot I always wonder how much good stuff they must suck up.

I know a few people that will search the area the mall dumps all their plowed snow. They wait until it melts then have at it. When its raining or snowing the people run to their cars then quickly pull out their keys or messing around with friends they make a snowball then throw it. Lots of chances of something flying off a finger or dropping out of a pocket.

Just an incidental story: A woman lost her engagement ring at Denver Int. Airport during a blizzard a few years ago. That made the news. A few months later, a guy found it where the snow was melted and that made the news, too.

Great find, grats! :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:
