Possibly from the British Royal Army Pay Corps, but a lot of blazer buttons have been made that are very similar -not sure if this one or the blazer ones have the slogan beneath. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Army_Pay_Corps
I also don't know if that button construction is one that used by the RAPC.
