paris button

i dont know everything and this button is mashed so no picture of the front.
doesnt have a hook... just a X...guess it would be sewed on.
got some letters besides the word paris...looks like H.T.S.R.W.M.....thats what they look like but i could be wrong...its so mashed....and the pictures not very good either.
