Hi out there!

My wife and I are going to panama City from Dec 22 to Dec29. Can anyone tell me if there are any parks or ? there that are open to MDing. I am taking my water detector for the beach but was wondering if I should pack my ACE250 also. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
