PADLOCK NEEDS DATED

I found this padlock today and was wanting to know if someone could give an approximate date.the neighborhood dates back to post CW although i don't think its that old.

Dang if that aint an oddball, face plate is different from others I have found, cant give exact date but neat find you have there . Also there is a website about all or I should say most of the locks that everyone finds. It is either a trunk lock or a railroad pad lock do to the clip at the bottom for a chain .vanzutphen

The make is stamped where I've placed the green tacks on the picture I see what looks like thre letter C to the left of the far left green tack.

I cleaned it up with navel jelly,it took 4 sessions and only got the #3 stamping on it.
