I`m not trying to be funny, I was not sure if thats the date or model #.

It was made by Fraim - Slaymaker. If I recall correctly they were first made in the late late 1800s.

Can you give dimentions? There were "normal" sized locks and a "miniature" size. Last I saw, they were getting $5 or $6 in good condition with no key.
