OVB watch fob

Here's a watch fob I would like to find the date of. I know the HSB &co. chicago is where it came from but what year?

The company was in existence from 1883 to 1983. The same O.V.B. ("Our Very Best") logo appears on a 1922 Hibbard, Spencer & Barlett catalog. I would guess that the fob dates from the early 1900's. Here's a link to more info:
